Tourmake is ready to offer new features and opportunities and starting from the  01.11.2015 in order to extend all the new services, we decided to improve the quality, the commercial and the technological aspect of Tourmake.

We want to invest to safeguard our standards and the organization and we want to do with you, giving you  support for the use of tools and for the sale by entering new rules to ensure that the final results are within the limits of Google Maps business licenses and standards that we aim to achieve.

Below we present a list of news on the regulation of services for Italy and growth opportunities for photographers.

Tourmake certifies selected agencies as "Tourmake Partner Agencies" that have a wider organic than the individual photographers, with professionals in many sectors, chosen according to the ability to help photographers in the sale of all new products related to Tourmake, needing a real and continuous customer service.

For Italy Tourmake has entered into an important partnership with axélero SPA, a leader in technology and Google Agency.

The professionals of  axélero are available to photographers who want to offer Tourmake with advanced features or in combination with a website because axélero is the only agency exclusively authorized  in Italy - in the local advertising market - to the sale of websites with integration of Tourmake (except for authorized customized projects ).

Therefore we require your utmost and precious attention on the following points as we diversified the offer in respect of the new features of Tourmake and all related services, to enhance them and to conduct the sale and after-sale in a professional manner without creating confusion.

Here are some examples of the benefits and the first provisions:

a. Italian trusted Tourmake  Photographers will sell all the "standard" functions offered by the tour editing panel Tourmake  - which is constantly updated - directly with the end customer. The resale models of the Tourmake service are absolutely unchanged. The tourmake is produced and delivered to the end customer who, at his own expense and care can incorporate it into his website or Facebook page.

b. For photographers and agencies Tourmake Partner agencies, Tourmake provides a team of professionals to necessarily refer to for the following areas:

· Customized projects, implementing new features that differ from the standard Tourmake one;

· International projects;

· Project management for big organizations;

· Management of works for communication campaigns.

c. The sale of all services arising from Tourmake, especially Tourmake based websites, is therefore prohibited, except if you are in possession of a special license, issued directly by us - as that of axélero SPA exclusively for Italy - to ensure the end customer on the terms and conditions of Google Map API, and especially to avoid confusion in the end customer.

So starting from today we prohibit the sale of Internet sites that include Tourmake to the general public using Tourmake as a pretext for the sale of complementary services of various kinds.

We let space to the Tourmake agencies and trusted photographers Tourmake with large sales volumes, providing support for the expansion and integration of services on parallel projects previously shared.

All GMBV agencies and photographers are required to submit a sale project before placing products on the market other than Tourmake "standard" , to benefit from sales support and so that no one sudden himself as webmaster at the expense of the perception of the Tourmake product and  its quality.
